About the Role
Desai Billimoria & Associates is hiring a Non-Litigation Associate.
Location
Nariman Point, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including leave and license, lease agreements, sale agreements, development agreements, PAAAs, legal notices, etc.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
- Support and assist the litigation team.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognised law school in India with 1 year to 2 years of post-qualification experience in assisting and / or independently handling legal transactions and drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Mumbai based candidates.
