About the Role
Legalmage LLP is looking for an Associate / Advocate to join there team.
Location
Shahdara, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and assisting in cybercrime-related matters
- Liaising with Cyber Cells and other relevant authorities across India
- Traveling for filing, pursuing, and resolving legal matters
- Assisting in drafting, filings, legal research, and court appearances
- Coordinating legal proceedings in Delhi as well as outside Delhi
- Supporting senior advocates in litigation and legal strategy
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council
- Basic knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law
- Understanding of court procedures
- Strong interest in litigation practice
Skills & Preferences
- Female candidates will be given first priority
- Willingness and interest in frequent travel; travel-friendly mindset preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage
- Excellent command over English, both spoken and written Strong communication, coordination skills, and professional conduct
Work Structure
- Work will be divided between Delhi and outstation assignments
- Travel expenses covered by the firm
- Office timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday off)
