About the Internship
ALYF is hiring a Legal Compliance Intern for a regulatory compliance and corporate legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal/compliance documents
- Maintaining compliance records and documentation
- Supporting filings and tracking regulatory deadlines
- Staying updated on laws, regulations, and compliance changes
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (LL.B./LL.M.) or recent graduates
- Strong research and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
