About the Role
Clarvis Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Assisting in court appearances and hearings.
- Managing court filings (e-filing and physical filing).
- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India (valid license required).
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Knowledge of court procedures and practices.
- Experience with filing (physical + e-filing).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
