About the Role
The firm is hiring an Associate (Litigation & Dispute Resolution) for its Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums (including NCLT).
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
- Managing court proceedings and filings.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of litigation experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a law firm in Mumbai.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- Strong skills in drafting, filings, and case management.
