About the Role
INDALI is hiring a Legal Associate for its Corporate Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on general corporate matters
- Assisting in VC deals, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation
- Draftingand reviewing agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams on transactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general corporate advisory, venture capital transactions and real estate transactions
- Prior law firm experience is preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
