Practice Exposure
Work involves matters before:
- Delhi High Court
- District Courts
- Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench
- Other statutory tribunals
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.).
- Assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals.
- Managing case files, briefs, and procedural compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of litigation experience.
- Must be based in Delhi.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Prior court exposure and drafting experience.
- Strong research and drafting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
