About the Internship
The chamber is inviting a limited number of motivated law students who wish to gain practical exposure to IP and litigation practice beyond theoretical learning. This internship focuses on real legal work and professional responsibility.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in trademark prosecution, oppositions, and portfolio management strategy.
- Drafting legal notices and replies.
- Supporting preparation for matters before the Delhi High Court and other forums.
- Conducting research on emerging issues in IP and civil law.
- Assisting in client advisory work.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have a genuine interest in Intellectual Property and commercial litigation.
- Possess clear writing and independent analytical ability.
- Be detail-oriented, disciplined, and professionally committed.
