About the Role
Amazon Web Services is inviting applications for the position of Associate Corporate Counsel. The role involves handling commercial contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business operations by applying legal and regulatory knowledge in a corporate environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university in India with minimum 3+ years of legal experience.
- Experience combining law firm and in-house legal work.
- Practical exposure to contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal compliance.
- Experience handling a wide range of commercial agreements in a law firm, government body, or in-house legal department.
- Associate Company Secretary (ACS) membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with a valid and active status.
- Ability to interpret and apply Indian laws and regulations in a business context.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-growing technology company.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, or cloud computing services.
- Understanding of intellectual property, competition law, and data privacy issues.
