T&R Law Offices is strengthening its Corporate and Commercial practice and is inviting applications for a paid Legal Internship starting 18 February 2026.
About the Internship
This is a paid, full-time internship for a mandatory duration of three months. The office is located in Delhi. A hybrid working model is preferred, though remote engagement may be offered to suitable candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in ongoing corporate and commercial transactions
- Conduct legal research and support drafting work
- Contribute to corporate advisory assignments across practice areas, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- AIF Formation and Structuring
- Legal Due Diligence
- General Corporate Advisory
- Contract Drafting (Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and related documents)
- Intellectual Property Filings and related corporate matters
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students able to commit to the full three-month internship period
- Preference for candidates with prior internship experience or strong interest in General Corporate and M&A work
Selection Criteria
- Strong research aptitude is essential
- Prior publications or legal writing experience in relevant fields will be an advantage
