Role Details
The firm is hiring three Associates with a minimum of one year of litigation experience before the Bombay High Court. Candidates with exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters will be given preference.
Eligibility Requirements
- At least one year of active litigation practice before the Bombay High Court.
- Familiarity with IPR procedures at both the Registry and High Court level.
- Experience with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural requirements.
- Strong drafting ability (including petitions, applications, replies, and notices).
- Capability to conduct independent legal research and appear confidently in court.
- Interest in building a long-term professional association with the firm.
- Preference for candidates living along Mumbai’s Western Line for easier commuting.
