Supreme Court of India: Recruitment for Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates
The Supreme Court of India has invited online applications for the position of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must be law graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, including an Integrated Law Degree, from any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- Students currently enrolled in the 5th year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the 3rd year of a Three-Year Law Course are also eligible to apply, provided they submit proof of obtaining the law degree before joining the assignment.
Skills & Experience
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent legal writing skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and legal research databases such as e–SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and similar platforms.
