About NLUO

About NLUO ADRB

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of National Law University Odisha (“the Board”) is a student-run body dedicated to promoting awareness and research in mediation and negotiation, while fostering a practical and collaborative approach to dispute resolution.

It conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and competitions, and has consistently trained students to represent the University in national and international ADR competitions with notable success, earning the Maadhyam PACT National ADR Board Award 2023 in recognition of its contributions.

Along with its flagship National Negotiation Competition, the Board also organises the annual Intra-University Mediation and Negotiation Competition (IUMNC), providing students with structured opportunities to develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and client-focused engagement.
