Insight Direct India Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from law graduates for a six-month In-House Legal Traineeship. This hybrid role offers practical exposure to corporate law, compliance, and legal operations within a global technology-driven organization.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria: BBA LL.B., BA LL.B., or LL.B. degree
Responsibilities
The Legal Trainee will be involved in:
- Conducting legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates
- Assisting in reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial contracts and internal agreements
- Supporting company secretarial work, including preparation for board and committee meetings
- Maintaining and organizing legal documentation, trackers, and compliance records
- Assisting in reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for data collection, due diligence, and process support
- Preparing legal summaries, briefing notes, and compliance reports
- Supporting management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation
Stipend
₹15,000 per month
