PSL Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Arbitration and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) practiceat its Delhi office.
The role is suitable for professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience who have a demonstrated interest in dispute resolution and insolvency matters. The position offers meaningful exposure to arbitration and insolvency work within a dynamic and well-established practice.
Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Sound understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms and commercial laws
- Prior exposure to, or strong interest in, Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and collaborative professional environment
