About the Internship
Law Intern – Capital Markets (Paid Internship)
Position: Law Intern – Capital Markets
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year onwards in 5-year course / final year in 3-year course) or recent law graduate.
- Prior internship experience in capital markets, corporate law, or related fields is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, company law, and capital market processes.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools.
Internship & Assessment Details
- This is a paid internship.
- Performance during the internship will be evaluated for potential long-term opportunities.
- A Certificate of Internship will be provided upon successful completion.
