About the Job
They are Hiring | Senior Associate for DRT & DRAT – Sinha & Company invites applications from legal professionals for the position of Senior Associate, with experience in Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) & Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters.
Responsibilities
- Handling matters before DRATs and DRTs, including connected High Court matters
- Drafting pleadings, appeals, applications, affidavits, and written submissions in banking and recovery disputes
- Managing cases independently, including client coordination and briefing senior counsel
- Strong understanding of banking laws, recovery mechanisms, and procedural law
- Proficiency in e-filing, cause list management, and legal documentation tools
- Excellent command over written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear, precise, and well-structured pleadings and legal submissions
