About the Job

They are looking for a motivated Junior Legal Associate to join our corporate legal team. This role involves end-to-end handling of legal notices, corporate agreements, and contracts, along with internal legal documentation and compliance coordination.

Candidates with prior corporate legal exposure (internship or full-time) in handling agreements, contracts, and legal documentation are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with only litigation or court-focused experience are not suitable for this role.

Eligibility

LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of corporate legal experience (internship or permanent).
Hands-on experience in agreement drafting, contract management, and legal documentation.
Proficiency in MS Word (Track Changes) and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage corporate agreements and contracts.
Handle and assist in drafting replies to legal notices and related documentation.
Ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of legal documentation.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
