About Navrachana University
Navrachana University, Vadodara, is a Private University established under the Gujarat Private University Act, 2009. The university has five schools with more than 22 programs. The university has been accredited with grade ‘A’ by NAAC in the year 2023.
About the School of Business and Law
The School of Business and Law is the largest among the five schools at Navrachana, and has BBA-LLB, LLM, BBA, MBA, and MBA-Executive Program under it. The Law program was established in 2014, and the Annual Law Fest was initiated as a part of the celebration of achieving an important milestone of completing a decade.

After a remarkable debut, VERDICTUS, the Annual Law Fest of Navrachana University, returns with its Second Edition stronger, sharper, and more stimulating than ever. Building on the success of its inaugural year, VERDICTUS 2.0 continues to serve as a vibrant platform for nurturing legal intellect, advocacy, and analytical acumen among aspiring law
professionals.

The Law Fest consists of 4 Competitions, namely:
- Moot Court Competition
- Parliamentary Debate Competition
- Client Counselling Competition
- Contract Drafting Competition
- Law Quiz
Eligibility
Students from the 5-year integrated Law program and 3-year LLB program from all the recognised universities, institutions are eligible to participate. Teams are allowed to take part in ANY or ALL of the FOUR competitions. Rules can be further checked from the brochure.
Location
The Law Fest shall be conducted in Hybrid Mode. The Preliminary Round is going to be conducted online and Semi-finals and Final Round in Physical Mode at Vadodara, Gujarat.
