About the Job

Eligibility
- Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.
- Minimum 1–2 years of demonstrable actual practice experience before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong drafting, research skills, proficiency in PDF Editing Software and MS Office Tools, Proficiency in filing on the Supreme Court E-filing will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Written Submissions, and other pleadings.
- Regular appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and coordination in listed matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research using databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal resources.
- Assisting in preparation for final hearings, briefing seniors, and case strategy discussions.
