About the Job
Samvad Partners is looking to add talented Senior Associates to the Dispute Resolution practice in Mumbai.
Their Disputes team advises leading domestic and international clients across a wide range of contentious matters — including commercial, regulatory, and corporate litigation, arbitration (domestic & international), and white-collar and insolvency-related disputes.

Eligibility
- Have 4+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration
- Possess strong legal drafting and research skills
- Are confident in handling client interactions and court appearances
