Details About the Event / Opportunity
PNYX’26 – 1st Online Memorial Drafting Competition is a flagship national-level virtual legal drafting competition organised by the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa.
Participants will draft memorials for both sides—Petitioner and Respondent, based on the official moot proposition. The event aims to strengthen research ability, legal analysis, structured writing, and advocacy-oriented drafting.
Who Is It For / Eligibility
The competition is open to:
- Students pursuing LL.B. or LL.M. from any recognised university.
- Teams of one or two members.
- Cross-institutional teams (students from different universities) are allowed.
- Unlimited teams may register from the same institution.
Team composition cannot be altered after registration without approval.

Registration / Submission Procedure
- Register through the Google Form (attached at the end of the post)
- Pay the registration fee through the link given at the end of the post
- Upload the payment invoice screenshot in the registration form.
- After registration, teams will receive a Team Code.
- Submit memorials for both Petitioner and Respondent in .docx and .pdf formats through the Memorial Submission Google Form attached at the end of the post.
Fee Details
- ₹499 – Team of Two
- ₹299 – Individual Participant
Fees are non-refundable.
Prizes
- Winner: ₹5,000
- Runner-Up: ₹2,500
- E-certificates for all participants.
