Unnati: The knowledge hub for civil aspirants, founded by Dr Lokesh Chugh in 2016 under the esteemed patronage of Mr Oscar Fernandes, is a pioneering initiative dedicated to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. Established with the vision of providing free UPSC guidance, UNNATI especially supports underprivileged children write it by the mentorship of civil service officers and professors from Delhi University

Over the years, Uthan has established itself as a national platform that brings together student leaders and thinkers to engage in meaningful discussions and shape perspectives and opinions on the issues that define our society
About the Uthan Youth Parliament
Varchasva #Fight_For_Your_Existence- Uthan Youth Parliament – Chapter 7, a prestigious national-level civic engagement conference scheduled to take place offline on the 17th and 18th of January 2026 in Delhi.
Uthan, a flagship initiative under the registered non-profit Unnati, empowers students through structured simulations of the Indian Parliament, international committees, and stakeholder negotiations—shaping the next generation of thinkers, orators, and changemakers.

NO AGE BAR..The platform is open to anyone with a vision and opinion( Starting from grade 6th)
