About the Organisation
Parens Patrice is a Delhi-based legal organisation engaged in litigation, research, and legal drafting, located at D-143, LGF, Lajpat Nagar–I, New Delhi. The organisation deals with a broad range of matters, including Constitutional Law, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and Civil Disputes. Our work emphasises analytical research, precision in drafting, and courtroom experience before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, CAT, and District Courts.

Role & Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in:
- Assisting with file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical notes.
- Drafting petitions, written statements, replies, and affidavits.
- Preparing case briefs and arguments for ongoing matters.
- Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, CAT, and District Courts.
