About Organisation
Dr Kailasnath Katju Law College, Ratlam (M.P.), a 60‑year‑old institution established in 1963‑64 by Nagar Palika Nigam Ratlam. It was formerly known as Nagarpalika Law College Ratlam. The college offers BA LLB (Hons), LLB (3‑year), and LLM (2‑year) programs under the Ratlam Educational Society.

The moot problem drafted by experts presents complex legal issues requiring strong research, reasoning, and advocacy skills.
PRELIMINARY ROUND: Judged solely on memorials (no oral pleadings). Evaluation includes research, analysis, clarity, and adherence to formatting.
Selected teams proceed to further rounds.
Eligibility
Open to all bona fide students enrolled in 3‑year / 5‑year undergraduate law programs or postgraduate law programs in any recognised institution.

• Registration Fee (per team): ₹2500
• Accommodation Fee: ₹1000 per person
• Faculty Escort: ₹1000 per person

• WINNER – ₹25,000 + Certificate
• RUNNER UP – ₹10,000 + Certificate
• BEST SPEAKER – ₹5,000 + Certificate
• BEST RESEARCHER – ₹5,000 + Certificate
