About the Opportunity
Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is looking for a Legal Professional for their litigation team with 1+ PQE in the mortgage industry/NBFC/Bank in Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Experience or knowledge of mortgage industry along with strong knowledge of SARFAESI ACT.
- Drafting and vetting of 13(2) and 13(4) Notices and Publication.
- Willingness to collaborate with collection team.
- This is a litigation based profile. Shall have knowledge of Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and Criminal Litigation.
