Eligibility
- Has basic understanding of court procedures (Filing, Listing, Inspection, Court Craft, etc.)
- Is familiar with standard drafting, including notices, applications, replies, and basic pleadings
- Possesses good research skills and a willingness to learn
- Can manage timelines and work in a professional environment
- Displays discipline, logical thinking, and responsibility
- Law students in 3rd year and above (for 5-year course) or 2nd year and above (for 3-year course) are preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal drafting and case preparation
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs
- Visit courts when required
- Assist in client-related documentation
- Support ongoing matters across various jurisdictions
