About the Internship

Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Support contract negotiations with franchisees, vendors, and partners
- Draft and review NDAs, SLAs, lease & supply agreements, and vendor contracts
- Assist in preparing legal notices and drafting responses
- Conduct in-depth legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Help develop and refine company policies, compliance manuals, and SOPs
- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and regulatory matters
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and case trackers
- Contribute to compliance checks and internal audits
- Provide general support to the legal team through presentations, trackers, and reports
