About the Job
TMT Law Practice is looking for a sharp and commercially-sound lawyer to join the Transactions, Advisory and Policy (TAP) team.
Eligibility
- Drafting & negotiating complex commercial contracts, including experience in building playbooks + advise on deal structuring.
- Regulatory Advisory on myriad of issues in sectors ranging from Telecommunication (SatCom/Satellite Technology), Technology (IT/ITeS/Cloud Computing/AI), Media and Entertainment, Online Gaming, E-Commerce, AdTech, and other allied sectors.
- Experience in providing product counsel/advisory for new products/features for your clients.
- Some experience in policy advocacy, government affairs, and/or PE/VC transactions is an added advantage but not absolutely mandatory.
- 3–4 years PQE in aforementioned sectors.
- Demonstrate strong contract drafting, advisory, and policy analysis skills
- Ability to distill complex regulations into business-friendly advice
Location
You will be expected to work out of office in New Delhi on site and other details/modalities will be discussed with suitable candidates, as needed.
