What You Will Gain
- Legal Research & Drafting: Work on various legal documents including policies, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Litigation Exposure: Assist in court-related work including drafting compliance checklists, legal notices, petitions, attending hearings, and case follow-ups.
- Compliance Projects: Engage in third-party legal compliance audits and assist in creating compliance frameworks.
- Mentorship: Learn from experienced legal professionals in the fields of taxation, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs.
Internship Terms
- Commitment: 6 months minimum
- First 3 Months: Learning phase (Unpaid)
- Post 3 Months: Stipend + Travel Allowance (Performance-based)
- Eligibility: Law students (Third year BA.LLB or Second Year LLB students and above), must have laptop, preferably Navi Mumbai-based
Responsibilities
Work: Assist in compliance audits, research, documentation and contract drafting.
