Eligibility
- You must be in the 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top tier colleges only.
- You must be available full-time for this internship role i.e.
- You must be interned with top tier law-firms or reputed companies.
- You will have to work from office.
- You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship.
- Further tenure can be extended on the basis of performance and the candidate’s availability
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
- Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.
- Ideal for candidates with a keen interest in corporate and transactional work.
