About the Organisation
Judicious Consultants is a boutique law firm specializing in Indirect Taxation, Customs, and GST matters. The firm was founded by Dr. B.L. Garg, an Ex-Departmental Officer and Ex-Joint Commissioner of Customs, who brings decades of expertise in taxation and policy formulation.
Dr. Garg has also been part of the core team involved in the preparation of three Union Budgets (2006–2008), adding to his rich experience in shaping and interpreting tax policies at the national level.
The firm regularly represents clients before the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and various quasi-judicial bodies, providing comprehensive legal representation and strategic advisory.
Eligibility
B.A. L.L.B and L.L.B Students (Even freshers are welcome)
Responsibilities
- Live Case Exposure – Work on real cases under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Courtroom Learning – Opportunity to observe CESTAT proceedings directly.
- Drafting Skills – Hands-on experience in drafting appeals, replies, and submissions.
- Research Training – Engage in research on case laws, notifications, and circulars.
