About the Opportunity

The Office of Rajesh Inamdar, Advocate-on-Record, and Shashwat Anand, Advocate (Supreme Court of India) invites applications for legal internships commencing February onwards.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course)
• Final-year students – 3-year course
• Strong research orientation and seriousness towards litigation preferred

Responsibilities

Selected interns will work closely on:

• Supreme Court practice and procedure
• Constitutional law matters
• Civil and criminal litigation
• Public Interest Litigations (PILs)
• Advanced legal research, drafting, and court assistance

The internship emphasises analytical rigour, clarity of legal reasoning, and disciplined drafting.
