This program is designed for students who wish to gain practical exposure and develop a comprehensive understanding of litigation practice, particularly in the areas of general tax and corporate law.

- Drafting appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts
- Drafting legal notices, plaints, and petitions
- Assisting in legal research for ongoing matters
- Case analysis and briefing
Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing LLB or B.Com
- Strong interest in general litigation, particularly tax and corporate matters
