About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Pride & Justice Associates in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with legal cases, conducting research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and providing support on client matters as required.
Eligibility
- Legal Research, Document Drafting, and Case Analysis skills
- Courtroom experience and knowledge of legal proceedings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
- 2-3 years of professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be good in drafting and research and preferably have handled clients in the past
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for day-to-day court case proceedings.
- Delegation of legal research, drafting, and court appearance assignments to Junior Associates.
- Follow-up with Junior Associates.
- Cater to issues and problems of Junior Associates and mentor them regularly.
- Drafting and court appearances.
- Litigation experience of a minimum of 3-4 years.
- Preparation for hearings including final hearings
- Preparation of briefing notes, notes for hearing, and written submissions
- Handle matters from start to end.
