Eligibility
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, MoUs & legal documents
- Ensuring company compliance with statutory laws & regulatory policies
- Handling legal notices, vendor agreements, and documentation work
- Maintaining updated knowledge of government regulations and legal amendments
- Coordinating with advocates, legal consultants & external authorities
- Preparing legal opinions, briefing notes and advisory reports for management
- Maintaining proper records of contracts, filings, and regulatory documents
- Handling dispute matters, supporting litigation procedures when required
- Researching case laws, legal provisions and preparing case summaries
- Drafting replies to legal notices, arbitration matters, RTI responses etc.
- Managing intellectual property related work (Trademark, Copyright etc.)
- Reviewing internal company policies to reduce legal risk and ensure compliance
- Representing company in legal discussions, hearings or regulatory meetings
- Supporting internal teams with documentation and legal clarifications
- Keeping management updated on legal matters, risks and progress reports

Probation Period: 3 Months
Salary
₹22,000 per month
