About the Opportunity
Axlerator is hiring legal interns.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law course (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / BCom LL.B) are strongly preferred.
- Students in their 3rd year or above (or final-year students of 3-year LL.B).
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Prior experience or academic exposure in banking, NBFC, insurance, or corporate law is an added advantage.
- Excellent command over English drafting & professionalism in communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory research across NBFC, banking, and insurance sectors.
- Review, refine, and proofread contracts, policies, and operational documents.
- Draft legal notes, briefs, compliance reports, and framework documents.
- (Founder’s Office Intern) Support the founding team on strategic, legal, and compliance-driven initiatives.
