About the Event
NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is organising Fox & Mandal–NALSAR Mediation Tournament 5.0 from 6–8 Feb 2026, in collaboration with Fox & Mandal, one of India’s oldest full‑service law firms.
Eligibility
• Open to students enrolled in LL.B. programmes or equivalent
• Cross‑institutional teams permitted
• Multiple teams from the same institution allowed
Team Composition & Format
Each team consists of:
• Client
• Counsel
• Mediator
(These roles remain unchanged throughout the tournament.)
Competition Structure
• Strategy Paper Qualifier Round
• Top 24 teams advance to on‑campus rounds
• 3 Preliminary Rounds
• Semi‑Finals & Finals
Time Limits
• 60 minutes – Preliminary Rounds
• 90 minutes – Advanced Rounds
Fee
• Strategy Paper Round: ₹3,500
• Mediation Rounds: ₹10,500
Total: ₹14,000 per team
(Including accommodation at Honeyberg Resort, meals, social night access.)
