Theme: “Empowering Workers in a Changing World: Towards Inclusive, Sustainable, Equitable Labour and Justice.”
Dates: 27–28 March 2026
Format: Hybrid (In-person plenaries + virtual participation)
The conference responds to the coming into force of the Four Labour Codes in India:
• Code on Wages, 2019
• Industrial Relations Code, 2020
• Code on Social Security, 2020
• Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020
It will feature: keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, youth forums, and research presentation sessions.
Submission Procedure
Participants must submit an abstract (max 500 words) based on the conference theme or sub-themes.
Types of accepted submissions:
• Conceptual Papers
• Academic Research Papers
• Industry/Policy-Based Analyses
Manuscript Requirements:
• Full Paper: 6,000–10,000 words (including footnotes)
• Abstract: 150–250 words
• Citation Format: ILI Style
• Co-authorship: Up to 3 authors allowed
