About the Job
Saraf and Partners is seeking passionate and committed candidates to join their Tax Practice to work on M&A tax, transaction tax, cross-border transactions and corporate tax matters involving taxation advisory, litigation for clients across industries:
- Collaborate with senior partners and cross-functional teams on strategic tax solutions.
- Advise clients on tax structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Handle tax litigation before various forums.
- Draft and review legal opinions, submissions, definitive agreements, et al.
- Assist with internal and external communications on developments with respect to tax laws, regulatory changes, and judicial precedents impacting businesses.
Eligibility
- LL.B and/or CA with 3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for tax law and a zeal for excellence.
- Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Command and understanding of the subject
