About the Organisers

• NLIU Bhopal: Established in 1997, India’s second NLU, known for excellence in legal education.

• India Foundation: A New Delhi-based research organisation focusing on socio-political issues.

• NLIU Manthan: A centre promoting academic dialogue on contemporary topics.

About the Symposium

The symposium aims to provide a platform to discuss contemporary constitutional law issues in India.

Day 1: Paper Presentation (Theme – Constitutional Law & Technology)

Day 2: Panel Discussions by eminent academicians and public figures.

Theme: Intersection of Constitutional Law and Technology

Participants may choose any topic under the broad theme, including:

Theme 1: Digital Justice Ecosystem

• E-Courts and digital judiciary

• AI in courts and law enforcement

• Data privacy

• Comparative global tech-justice models

Theme 2: Constitutionalism in the Tech Age

• Digital surveillance

• Free speech vs algorithms

• Electoral integrity online

Other: Any contemporary constitutional law issue in India.

• Reviewed by Editorial Board + external peer reviewers

• Top ~20 papers selected

• Offline mode presentations only
