Eligibility
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree in Law, as a regular full-time student, from a recognized university. Candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in Law shall be given preference.
- Post Qualification Experience: Experience in the finance industry, preferably in the banking and finance sector, with a proven track record.
- Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk.
- The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi (both reading and writing). Knowledge of an additional language would be a plus.
- Under pressure, the candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must be familiar with the provisions of the law (especially IBC / SARFAESI / NCLT / Immovable Properties).
- Candidate must be process oriented and confident to tackle / deal with the legal issues which challenge the Company.
- Candidate must be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing finance facility agreements and related documents.
- Conduct due diligence of properties which the company intends to take mortgage.
- Provide legal advice or opinion on matters and issues.
- To provide opinion on Title Search Reports of Immovable Properties.
