About the Internship
CoinDCX is hiring a legal intern (litigation).
Eligibility
- You must be in the 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top tier colleges only.
- You must be available full-time for this internship role i.e.
- You must be interned with top tier law-firms or reputed companies.
- You will have to work from office.
- You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship.
- Further tenure can be extended on the basis of performance and the candidate’s availability
Responsibilities
- Work with the litigation team on ongoing disputes, regulatory matters, and advisory work.
- Assist in preparing case summaries, brief notes, and drafting legal pleadings.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with external counsels and attend hearings where relevant.
- Maintain trackers for ongoing cases and timelines.
- Gain exposure to both civil and commercial litigation, and quasi-judicial proceedings.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills preferred.
