About the Opportunity
Indialaw LLP, Navi Mumbai office, is looking for lawyers with 1–3 years PQE in litigation & arbitration, with strong drafting skills.
Eligibility
- LLB, from a recognised university.
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation/arbitration drafting (PQE).
- Solid understanding of Civil Procedure Code, Arbitration Act, and commercial laws.
- Excellent legal research and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft replies, rejoinders, affidavits, written submissions, applications, and petitions.
- Conduct legal research and analyse precedents relevant to assigned matters.
- Review case files, documents, and records for accurate drafting.
- Coordinate with senior lawyers and clients to finalise documents.
- Prepare briefs, notes, and compilations for hearings.
- Ensure timely completion of drafting tasks and maintain case documentation.
