About the Job
Singhania & Co. is expanding its Corporate team and they are looking for a talented Associate/ Senior Associate with at least 3+ years PQE to join our PE/VC and M&A practice.
This role is ideal for a lawyer that wants hands-on exposure to all facets of PE/ VC/ M&A practice areas.
Eligibility
- A qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE.
- Exceptional drafting skills are a must.
- Demonstrable experience in PE/VC, M&A, and general corporate advisory.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to take on significant responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, including Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), and Joint Venture Agreements (JVA).
- Handling general corporate advisory matters, including drafting legal memos, employment agreements, service agreements, and other ancillary documents.
- Assisting in due diligence and closing processes for M&A, PE, and VC deals.
