About the Internship
Novation Legal is looking for a Due Diligence Intern to join the team in New Delhi on a full-time, on-site basis. The intern will be responsible for conducting detailed research, analysing data, and preparing comprehensive due diligence reports.
Key responsibilities include collecting and evaluating information on potential business ventures, supporting financial analysis, vetting strategies, and maintaining organised records of findings. The intern will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and depth in all evaluations.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in research, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data synthesis
- Understanding of business strategy, risk assessment, and investment analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (preferably BBA LL. B or B. Com LL. B)
Additional Details
This is a stipend-based internship. The amount will be determined based on performance.
