Eligibility
- Prior experience in banking and Real Estate due diligence.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Familiarity with RBI norms, Real Estate Laws, insolvency laws, and property compliances is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on borrowers, collaterals, and transactions.
- Review and analyse legal documents and title records.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
